Job description

  • Manage customer orders, quotations, and claims.

  • Coordinate logistics and transportation processes (SAP experience is a plus).

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.

  • Maintain customer data in CRM and liaise with local and international colleagues.

Job requirements

Fluency in Norwegian and good English skills.

At least 3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.

Strong organizational and communication skills with a positive attitude.

Flexibility for occasional business travel.
