Head of Recruitment

·       5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or headhunting

·       Proven success filling complex roles, including senior‑level roles

·       3+ years of leadership experience

·       Experience managing recruitment across several countries

·       Confidence using ATS, recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools

·       A strategic mind with strong communication skills

·       Ability to drive performance and inspire teams
